• 2003 Malbec "Classico" (Cinco Tierras) Remarkably deep and powerful for a $9 pittance. From Argentina.

• 2003 Merlot Reserve (Cinco Tierras) This Argentinian Merlot is rather graceful and well put together for $11.

• Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc, & Nobilo--the '09s are pretty nice!

• 2003 Malbec Reserve (Cinco Tierras)   Another nice Argentinian deal from this winery. Powerful, tannic and deep, I had to give this 90 points. For $11.

• 2003 "Bonarda Reserve" (Cinco Tierras)  From Argentina. Lush and ripe, and just $11. A steal.

• NV St. John Commandaria (Keo)  (May, 2007)  This graceful dessert wine comes in at under $15. It's from Cyprus.
