Local wine commentator Herb Engelbert does Time Out for Fine Wine,  on WRTI/90.1 FM (Temple University Public Radio.) Herb was on WFLN for 7 years until that station's demise. Sharing programs with Phillip Silverstone on the 60 second spot at 3 p.m., Herb will continue his tradition of bringing concise information on wines, grape varieties, vintages, tasting, wine & food, historical perspectives and brief commentaries from other wine luminaries (like me!), and  winemakers, restauranteurs and vineyard proprietors.)  These tend to be short spots.
